How you can most improve is with customer waiting, especially a new patient. I was a new patient and it was almost, I waited almost an hour and a little bit to be seen. So for new customers, they should be in and out, especially if you have to do too much, just kind of discussing things and be in and out, they shouldn't have to wait an hour. So I had to wait an hour to be seen and if I would have been an hour late, they would have rescheduled it. So I just needed to do that. Other than that, everything was great.

I did my paper work on line and arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time. I was not called back until 30 minutes after my appointment time. My time is just as valuable as the doctors! I feel disrespected by this office and doctor!

The front desk and Dr. Renelus were very good. He showed an surprising amount of empathy to me with all this new procedural info & my fear about if insurance would cover everything, but ALSO THAT WITH EVERY ECONOMIC HARDSHIP & OTHER PHYSICAL/NEUROLIGICAL HEALTH ISSUE (WHERE THE ECONOMIC ISSUES COME FROM), IT WOULD BE COVERED. Though after him STRONGLY SUGGEST & REFER ME to see a surgeon about possible bariatric surgery, the specialist does not take my insurance or my level of insurance and that only gives me more STRESS &ANXIETY! I HAVE NO INCOME! Aside from that, pleased with visit.

How you can most improve is with customer waiting, especially a new patient. I was a new patient and it was almost, I waited almost an hour and a little bit to be seen. So for new customers, they should be in and out, especially if you have to do too much, just kind of discussing things and be in and out, they shouldn't have to wait an hour. So I had to wait an hour to be seen and if I would have been an hour late, they would have rescheduled it. So I just needed to do that. Other than that, everything was great.
