Some staff rude . Very transactional , not mean but not kind either . Had to ask staff in hall " excuse me " three times and they still would not move over . I had 8:30 appointment but was not seen until 9:35

Dr. Chang and her nurse were very informative. However, on my behalf, I did have some concerns that I wasn't really clear on, just probably because of some of the terms that she was probably using. But for the most part, she was very informative and she gave me some papers to read so I could understand my situation better.

My appointment was extremely late. My appointment was scheduled for 10 o'clock. I arrived at, no my appointment was scheduled for 1045. I arrived at 1030. I did not see the doctor until noon. That's frustrating. My time is valuable.
