My appointment was extremely late. My appointment was scheduled for 10 o'clock. I arrived at, no my appointment was scheduled for 1045. I arrived at 1030. I did not see the doctor until noon. That's frustrating. My time is valuable.

The front office staff member billed me incorrectly saying that my referral was expired and in which it was, but that didn't affect my payment for that day. So now I'm in the process of getting reimbursed. Also I love, absolutely love seeing Dr. Chang. I do not care for how long I have to wait. Every time I'm usually in the waiting room for a good long while and then after getting vitals done I have to go wait again in another room and I usually have to make sure I give myself at least two hours to be at that appointment. So I do wish I didn't have to wait so long, but I do very much feel respected by my provider Dr. Chang and I love everything she does for me.

I had to wait for at least two hours to see the doctor. I've been struggling with menopausal symptoms for years and the doctor completely disregarded my concerns. She didn't request any exams to check my hormone levels and acted like she was too busy to listen to me. She was in and out in a matter of minutes. Terrible service!

Carle, Anita, and Emiley were welcoming and kind. I was called back and seen almost immediately. Randi and Maria are AWESOME, both sweet, thorough, and patient going through medical history and helpful in seeing that all my needs were met. Dr. Yoon Change AMAZING! I felt like I received better care than any other GYN EVER in my 52 years of life. I can't thank them enough for the kindness, comfort and thoroughness that they all provided. Highly recommend to ANYONE needing OB/GYN care. You cannot go anywherefor better care than this! I waited 3 months to get a new patient appt and it was WELL worth it! Thank you!
