Wellness at Wellstar
The people who care for patients as well as the people who work behind the scenes to make patient care possible often work hard serving others. It can be easy to put self-care on hold, which can lead to stress, anxiety and burnout. Wellstar offers thoughtful and proactive approaches to improve team members’ quality of life and encourage work-life balance.
The resources below are intended to help team members who fall into any of three groups:
- Team members maintaining work-life balance and striving to prevent symptoms of burnout
- Team members experiencing mild-to-moderate symptoms of burnout
- Team members experiencing severe symptoms that warrant more extensive interventions
