Dr. Parry and his assistant are very prepared prior to the patients appt. Last week I received a call from his office telling me my X-rays were reviewed and we went thru my med list before the face to face appointment. They were very prepared for my visit and not flipping through files looking at my history for the first time. The time in his office was well spent bc of the prep they put in prior to my visit. Dr. Parry provided advice and we discussed PT and other invasive treatments . My visit was brief and very productive and his staff is wonderful.

I got a call to check in about 15 minutes before my appointment. I was told the doctor would be calling me after his next couple of patients, but I never heard anything back. I left a message that day saying I never heard from him and still haven't received a response. I would like a referral to a different neurologist please. Nothing is getting better and it's been over 4 months now.

I always tell everyone what an amazing doc Phillip Parry is and his staff support group etc... is the best I have ever experienced! As I tell every one he is my God send! Never gave up when so many doctors wound care specialist ect... could not figure out my problem he promised from day one not to give up! He found the problem and after not being able to live my life he gave it back to me!!!! He is a doctor who really cares!!! It's not all about money or meeting quotas. The entire office is amazing! “Ulysses had a narrowing in the cervical canal of his cervical spine, the bony portion through which the spinal cord is transmitted,” Dr. Parry said. “As we age, virtually all patients develop some amount of this compression.”
“In Ulysses’ case, his spinal compression had become so severe that it was causing spinal cord dysfunction,” Dr. Parry explained. “His condition resulted in weakness in his hands, being unable to walk with confidence and feeling very unstable on his feet.”
Working together, the pair discussed the potential treatment options for his pain. Because Dr. Parry always kept an open dialogue, Ulysses felt comfortable being an active participant in his care.
“I always try to be proactive about any medical procedure and do my research to know as much about it as possible,” Ulysses said, sharing how Dr. Parry took time to answer his questions. “Dr. Parry listened and spoke with me about the most up-to-date procedures, and that made me quite comfortable with him as a person and a physician.”
