The physician was excellent. The practice has work to do. The billing department definitely needs to be improved. That is the only reason why I'm considering looking for another practice.

Uncomfortable giving full name, full birth date, full cell number, and complete home address Out Loud to entire waiting area. Especially frustrating as I completed ECheck in ahead of visit and asked if I could see information on screen or paper to confirm rather than repeating out loud. I was informed they were doing their job and I should understand that.
