About Nasarachi Onyeuku, MD
Dr. Nasarachi Onyeuku received his bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his medical degree from the Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He completed his residency internship while at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, and completed his physician residency in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

Staff at the facility were amazing, always greet you with a smile, very engaging, very warm. They made me feel extremely comfortable during this time of anxiety and nervousness. So yes, very, very comfortable with staff at the Wellstar Oncology Radiation Center.

The CT scan had to be done twice because the oncologists felt more area needed to be scanned as a result of me having surgery to remove my esophagus the first time through. The radiologist was very empathetic to the extreme discomfort I was going through during the scan and review process and kept me updated all the way through. As soon as she got the call that the scan was approved, she came in to complete her remaining tasks and permit me to get my arms out of a most uncomfortable position.

Every radiation tech that worked with me, over the 5 weeks I was going, was GREAT!!! They all were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything and worked very well together. I was very comfortable through all my treatments. The only problem is wait times to get back to get my treatment. There were only 4 treatments that I was taken back on time. That is a problem. But all the techs that worked with each day were GREAT!!!

My appointment was 2:15 and it's 3:30 and I still haven't been seen what's the point of appointment if they not gonna see you at. Or around the time I travel far and leave work early to travel here 5 days out the week and only 1 day was the appointment on time .be glad when this is over
