Every time I've ever visited this facility, this practice, everybody has been on their toes. All the check-in procedures and so forth have been done in a timely manner. My visit was on time. It was not dragged out for anything. I was able to get in and out as easily as possible. I appreciated the fact that all the folks that were working for Dr. OJ were efficient. She seemed to be ready for me as a patient when I came in. She had all my information as she should have before my appointment. I just couldn't say enough about her.

The doctor was supposed to call me about my situation and had a nurse instead who was not able to answer any questions. The nurse told me that I was fine and when I spoke to the doctor she is referring me to double check. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable but not really available to patient care with me. I have to constantly advocate for myself with this provider and her team.

Dr. "OJ", as she is called was wonderful. She explained my diagnosis to me in terms I understood, and did a great job with answering questions me and my husband had for her. Even though my diagnosis is terminal, she still came up with a plan to extend my time here while still being able to live my life to the fullest.

Too many people waiting to check in, not enough staff to do it. Oh and having to shout out my PII information at every visit, horrible.
