I felt like they were very attentive and they did a great job of listening to my concerns and giving me a little more insight to help me feel more comfortable and confident walking out, knowing that, you know, things are going to be okay and that I was taking the necessary steps to move forward and what I needed to take... sorry, what I needed to do to move forward even more.
