I was somewhat nervous going to this consultation as I'd been informed that I would be needing surgery. Dr Burke put me at ease straight away. He was informative and thoroughly explained what was happening in the heart and the procedure they would use to correct it. All the team members were very friendly and professional.

It was an amazing experience. Upon arriving I was seen immediately followed by a continuity of excellent care from 4 professionals. The various TAVR options were presented with enough info to make an informed decision. I did and then the blood tests, surgery and four follow up appointments were set up in a compact schedule indicating priority of my needs. All in 2 hours. I left feeling very confident and informed.
