Wellstar Children’s Hospital of Georgia is the only pediatric hospital in the area that provides comprehensive neuro care to children of all ages. We care for kids with chronic neurological, neurodevelopmental, neurodegenerative and metabolic disorders. Our neuro experts are also part of a multidisciplinary team that diagnoses and treats sleep disorders in the Wellstar MCG Health Sleep Disorder Clinic . Our treatments range from traditional drug therapy to highly specialized pediatric neurosurgery and pediatric epilepsy surgery. Everything we do is focused on children, including all aspects of pediatric neurosurgery. We have 10 pediatric-dedicated operating rooms and sedation is performed by skilled pediatric anesthesiologists who know the safest amount of sedation for young patients.Your child’s team
