Dr. Kristin Boren received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry and biology from the University of Rochester in New York before earning her medical degree from the State University of New York in Buffalo N.Y. Dr. Boren completed her internship and residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her fellowship in pediatric urology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.

Dr. Boren is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma and Life Support. She is a member of American Urologic Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Society of Women in Urology and Southeastern Section American Urologic Association.

Dr. Boren is currently in practice with Wellstar Urology.
