I had a VERY short wait B4 seeing Dr. After getting back to treatment room, again had short wait B4 DR showed up. Didn't have enough time to read my book.

Dr. Boren gave me a prescription for mirabegron and sent the order to my pharmacy (Publix). The pharmacy was not able process the insurance (Medicare and Tricare) payment because prior authorization is required for mirabegron. I don't know if the pharmacy passed this information back to Dr. Boren's office, but the prescription went unfilled over the weekend. I also don't know if this is a new requirement but, it would be worth notifying all your urologists as believe it is prescribed quite often.
