I love my doctor

Because of Dr.Malik, I was willing to follow him to his new location in North Fulton. Not convenient to commute too. I live in Marietta and that's where I use to see him for my visits.

Dr. Malik and his staff were all great, and Dr Malik himself was Outstanding as a cancer physician and I would recommend him to anyone who had cancer to see him asap.

Dr. Malik is SO kind and professional. He made sure I had any questions answered prior to my leaving. He's a very wise and kind doctor. The check in was odd and not a warm welcome. The signage to locate the office was non existent.

Everyone there was truly exceptional The ladies who checked me in were so lovely. Both were smiling and engaging. The nurse who took my vitals and brought me to my room was awesome too. Dr. Malik was super professional and practical and incredibly thorough. He took time listening to me and answering all my questions. I never felt like he was rushing me, and that in itself put a smile on my heart. His nurse who came in with him or his p.a. was just as patient and soothing. Honestly I've never been treated that kindly and graciously in a hospital or dr's office until that day. I left with the biggest smile on my face. Also the receptionist who called to confirm my appointment was so nice and the receptionist who scheduled my appointment was sweet too. My experience from beginning to end was top notch! Thank you so much!

I was supposed to have a telehealth appointment with the doctor at 3:15pm as my original appointment I could not come to being infected with the flu. The doctor never contacted me and I was told he went home so I could not ask questions. I reiterated with the scheduler that I needed to speak to the provider, and she reassured me that I would hear from the doctor directly. This is the second time someone from the practice was to contact me at the end of the day and I get told my lab results by the phone operator. This is the WORST experience I have had with a doctor's office and I've been to some awful practices. I will be getting a second opinion from a different practice.

Dr. Malik is my favorite WellStar doctor: he is always well prepared for visits; he is a very good listener and communicator; and he shows genuine concern for my well-being. I recently learned that Dr . Malik is transferring to the Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers North Fulton location. Even though North Fulton is nearly a 60 minute drive from my home (versus the current 15 minute drive to Kennestone) I'm happy to make the longer trip in order to keep Dr. Malik as my doctor.
