The receptionist is very rude, every time we go she tells us to go somewhere else because there the wait is very long, she always says the same thing. She is rude, has an unfriendly attitude and does not do her job well.

Excellent care every time I have used this urgent care facility. It does seem there total length of visit is quite long even when there seems there are not many patients to treat.

Between the time we checked in and were screened bt the nurse we had to wait over three hours before we were seen by a provider. While the facility is great along with the staff, taking 4 hours to be seen is not appropriate.

I thought the doctor was going to prescribe an inhaler, but the cvs did not have that prescription. Can he call that in? The cough is still really bad.

The check-in process is laborious. If you're going to have people do everything digitally then I shouldn't be asked the same exact things when I get in the room. It's a complete waste of time and frustrating. Also, I wasn't taking back until an hour after my appointment time.

Everyone was great from front reception to the physician to the nurse and even the x-ray techs. Everyone was caring and compassionate. I would definitely come again.

We waited around 30 minutes in the outside waiting room. Then we were moved into the room where the nurse checked my son and we waited another 20 minutes or so in the room. I went out and complained to the nurse that it was taking too long and I was told that there were 5 more patients ahead of us and it would take 25 or so minutes more. Right then the doctor heard our conversation - and came to our room right away. It didn't look like there were really 5 other patients ahead of us as the doctor walked into the room with me. He was very knowledgable, explained what was happening and prescribed the medication - no complaints there and it was a good experience. I have been to other urgent care centers where you'd walk in and out in 20-25 minutes and this experience was an anomaly. We will avoid going to this center in future as much as possible.

I would have liked a stool test done to verify if I have a bacterial or viral infection that caused me to feel sick with stomach pain and vomiting. None was provided because they said they don't do that in the urgent care. I would have to go to my regular physician or the hospital for that.
