This was my first time here. I did a walk in so had to wait about 1.5 hour but once I got to the back the process moved much faster. The doctor and nurse/MA were both kind and professional. They both explained next steps and what they were doing.

I may just have a particularly nasty cold, but I so appreciate that Dr. Y gave me a scrip for prednesone and an antibiotic as well as a cough suppressant. The prednesone has definitely helped the nasal swelling, and the others have helped me get ahead of the symptoms. I would have gotten no sleep at all for a 4th night without these.

I waited a long time to see the doc after seeing the nurse, then a very long time after the X-ray to discuss results. So I asked how much longer it would take and was told the radiologist was offsite and probably not home at the time. I received the report later that evening on the portal, bit no one called to discuss it.

I was a little disappointed with my last experience visiting this facility because I asked for an ultrasound, but I was not able to do it because the team left at 3:30 I had to wait a long time to get informed. The doctor was very nice and tried to do his best but I had to pay $30 at the front desk without getting any of the services done. I'd like to get the refund back if I can.

The receptionist is very rude, every time we go she tells us to go somewhere else because there the wait is very long, she always says the same thing. She is rude, has an unfriendly attitude and does not do her job well.
