I arrived at 8:00 pm and my appointment was at 8:25 but were not taken to exam room till 9:00pm and I was the second person waiting. Everything was extremely slow and test results and seeing the doctor was extremely slow. We ended up having to stay till 10:30 pm. Since only one other ahead of me it was hard to understand why the wait was necessary. The doctor was okay and I appreciated the people checking for Covid and flu and taking my X-rays but it just took entirely too long. My friend was there another time and he said it took four hours from arrival to discharge. Honestly I expect better from Wellstar than this. I would like to hear from someone at Wellstar.

They allowed me to express my concerns and took them seriously. I felt respected and left feeling more confident about my options for moving forward. There was also a time where the doctor left to do further research on a medication I was taking. I greatly appreciate that thoroughness and extra effort to be informed on my situation.

I don't remember the dr sanitizing his hands but the nurse did; she was wonderful! The dr needs to learn to knock before throwing open the door to walk in. Otherwise, was fine and helpful.
