I was supposed to get my lab work done. It was their lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30. So I just waited and came back at 1:40 and when I came back at 1:40, they had a new sign up saying they will not be back until 2:30. That was very inconvenient. I had to go pick up my daughter from school as she's coming back from school and I had to go to another facility to get the lab work done. That was very inconvenient of the lab services at this facility. Thank you.

Dr Chen is a good and have a lot of patience to me as a senior. Love all staffs here and they are willing to help. Love the lab work staff, no pain at all for the drawing of blood. I usually afraid of going to the medical center but now I am overcome it and will be better soon.
