Yes, the visit was very nice. My husband is just really interested in the program that she's having. The only thing, the medication is just extremely too high. So we're trying to see if the insurance will pay. But the medication is too pricey for the program. But other than that, everything is good. So we're working on trying to get it. Thank you.

She was very smooth, very professional, unique, was one of the-she was just a pleasant person, and she was very thorough, I believe. I'm a nurse, so when she went into details on things, it was very thorough in what she told me and prepared me for. And I just wanted to say that she is a great asset to your organization. Thank you.

For the most part, my provider was super nice. I just personally wish her wording were a little bit gentler. Just coming from someone who, you know, is here because I'm having trouble with my weight and it's already something that I'm, uncomfortable about and, embarrassed about, just, much gentler wording, not so, direct and blunt. Let's say that. I like direct, but just a little blunt. Otherwise, everything was great.

I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my lab drawn!!! Unexceptable!!!! At no time where people given any explanation for the very long wait!! This situation could have been handled differently if patients were informed upfront and given updates during the wait or the option of reschudule. Thank you

Very well done!! I actually learned something about taking one of my diabetes medications on an empty stomach that I did not know about. She also tested my feet because of diabetes and no one has done that before. I was very pleased with my care I received. In fact my PA was encouraging to me about my diabetes management and I really appreciated that. VERY well done!!!
