I appreciate the NP listening and providing clear feedback. That has not been the case with other NP's within Wellstar. While my experience with this NP went well, I wanted to make it clear that my response to the question regarding recommending this practice is not a reflection of our interaction. I am apprehensive about recommending anyone to Wellstar due to the poor service and experience I've had before, so my score to that answer would've been lower. My interaction with Ms. Donaldson gave a better impression of Wellstar, but I think she might be the exception.
