The lady at the front check was so nice and put me at ease. I was rather nervous to be there, but she said Dr. Ross would take good care of me and she did. Dr. Ross was very personable and knowledgeable and I was delighted to meet her. The nurse was very nice as well. I am glad that Dr. Chervu sent me to see her.
