Dr Whittier and her staff are awesome!!! The lab process takes forever-they need help-there were at least 10 patients before me and I had to leave before they could draw blood. This happens a lot - hire another person to help in this!!!

All staff were very pleasant and efficient. The lab wait was over an hour. Ridiculous. It's always a long wait, as compared to other labs. Four patients finally just got up and left. I couldn't, due to me living an hour and a half drive away.

My visit with Dr. Whittier was okay. I just felt that she was in a bit of a rush and I'm in really good shape compared to others, but I don't think she was that concerned about my knee and left foot.

It took forever to be seen by the Doctor. The nurse is outstanding. Then I was told to have blood work which took another 45 minutes to be seen. Once back to the lab they told me I had needed to fast. I walked out very upset with my whole experience today.

Didn't like the fact that I was referred by my primary to this location and when the doctor came in she asked me what brought me in. I felt that the notes and comments in my file would have been enough but there were none. This is the 2nd trip to another rheumatologist and got the same results, checked vitals then sent to get blood work(oh yeah not to mention the $100 copay each time). I'm a little frustrated with the process
