Dr. Whittier is fantastic. She does the job she went to school for which is to exhaust all avenues to understand what the problem is and treat the symptoms. What I wish for with the US medical system is that doctors were trained to understand the underlying causes of an illness and work to heal the cause, vs. treat the symptoms, instead of requiring the patient to hunt and peck and see multiple specialists to understand and treat the cause.

I know it's universal, but I hate the fact That I just have to sit there while Dr enters data. No patient can form a decent relationship without eye to eye contact and genuine care and interest in what you're saying. Those days are gone. I'm glad I don't have anything life-affecting wrong with me now.

I really like coming to the E. Cobb Health Center versus going to the hospital to see Dr. Whittier. But the back up at the lab is ridiculous. I understand that lab is taking care of patients from all over the health center, but I waited over an hour to be seen and it turned out that I gotten bumped out of the system and finally somebody realized I've been sitting there too long. So I am considering going back to Dr. Whittier other office just so I get out of the labin a fraction of the time.

Dr. Whittier and her staff were excellent. Thankfully, she warned me that it might take a while to get my blood taken at the lab. However, a 50 minute wait was much more than I anticipated.

Dr. Whittier is very nice, very knowledgeable and very professional. And I like her a lot but the receptionist it's not so good. He made us wait almost 15 minutes before he showed up I don't know where he went. The nurse is also very good. Other than that everything is very good.
