Dr. Whittier, among all my doctors, always listens to me, always pays attention to my chart and all of the notes from other physicians, and she's able to find things that they don't find because they don't put it all together. She is an excellent physician, and I am so appreciative of her.

Dr. Whittier is always on top of whatever is going on with my RA. I trust her completely. Today I was also helped by Taylor Banks who was very un-rushed while taking my vitals & asking if I had any specific concerns.

I had an interaction on the phone earlier in the week that made me apprehensive about my visit. However, from the lady that checked me in to the one checking me out made a difference. I felt heard and everything was explained to me. Thank you.

Although let's say that the medical assistants and the front desk were open and friendly and encouraging, really loved them, and that the doctor, I didn't care for her. I felt like she brushed me off and was like, yeah, I can't see what you're talking about, yada, yada, yada, yada, and didn't listen to me, brushed me off. I felt like the resident listened to me more than she did. Yeah, really didn't care for her.

Dr Whittier and her staff are awesome!!! The lab process takes forever-they need help-there were at least 10 patients before me and I had to leave before they could draw blood. This happens a lot - hire another person to help in this!!!

All staff were very pleasant and efficient. The lab wait was over an hour. Ridiculous. It's always a long wait, as compared to other labs. Four patients finally just got up and left. I couldn't, due to me living an hour and a half drive away.
