Dr. Dowdell covered a number of solutions available to me, offering advice on availability, Medicare coverage, options, and necessity with my age in mind. We amicably agreed on the path forward. I was very impressed with Dr. Dowdell and will return should any issues arise in the future.

I do not know how to do virtual. My daughter in law set everything up and it was not working. We ended up doung app with cell phone. I could not hear even though I wear hearing aids. Daughter in law had to interput what Dr was saying. My first virtual was not a good experience
