While attending medical school, Dr. Broyles chose to focus on family medicine for a simple reason: to help people. He made it his mission to serve patients of all ages and learn about common diseases and illnesses they face.

The wait was incredibly long. I think I was there for about an hour and a half, definitely an hour later than my original scheduled appointment. And then as people were coming in, they were quoted some crazy four or five hour times to be able to return to the office, which some people did.

Dr Broyles and my Medical assistant were wonderful but the females at front were not very professional and referred to me as"that guy". I am a healthcare professional and that is unacceptable. Professionalism is a must in healthcare but I guess it doesn't exist at this urgent care

I booked online and a nurse called to tell me to come early because I would likely need DX testing. I arrived in the lobby not able to register at the computer kiosk and waited for 30 mins standing by the front desk for 2 people ahead of me to register. Dr Broyles was great. Listened, explained all test results and answered all questions.
