It does feel like an assembly line with many checkpoints (checking in at one desk and wait, checking in at another and wait, checking in at the lab then wait, checking in upstairs then wait, escort to the doctor's cubicle and wait again, escort to the infusion center and wait, inside infusion center and wait on pharmacy). It's a process. That said, the staff has ALWAYS been kind throughout and, when one is battling cancer, kindness counts.

Anytime you are referred to a hematologist you are nervous and anxiety is very strong. Dr. shaib was patient and very caring. He did not rush He took his time and explained the process and made you feel comfortable. Thank you, Dr Shaib for easing my concerns.

Dr Shaib and all the nurses are the best. There was a little delay in administration of my meds due to a clerical error but the charge nurse took care of the problem. As far as I'm concerned Wellstar is the best
