I have never had a doctor spend as much time with me as Dr. Gupta did. In addition, when all was done, she was able to correctly refer to the information I had given her. As an extra bonus, she was not afraid to admit she did not have much of an idea (note I did not expect any answers), but she outlined a reasonable path forward for testing and discovery. I like doctors that admit they don't know something when they don't know it. That makes them more trustworthy when they say they know something.

Dementia sometimes makes it hard to get clear answers from my Mom but Dr. Gupta was never impatient or frustrated when she got conflicting answers from Mom. I am grateful to have her shepherding my Mom's pulmonary care in this season of our lives.
