Yes, this was my first visit with Dr. Gupta and to me he was the most well prepared physician that I have ever seen in my life. He showed me scans of the place on my neck, told me about a place on my thyroid that no one had told me about before and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

The nurse that checked me in was very efficient. The nurse that took me back was very friendly, very open, asked me questions, noted everything down. And the doctor came in again, very friendly, very nice, very professional, checked me out. Very good practice.

I was "compelled" to find a new ENT because of my insurance coverage, however I am thankful that I was as I received excellent care by both the office and the medical personnel. I have already recommended this practice and facility to others.

My appointment with Gupta was at 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:15, completed the checkin process. Waited until 12:45 and checked to see why I had not been called back and was told my appointment was at 12:45. Simultaneously, a white gentleman arrived, checked in and was immediately called back to see Gupta. I asked the receptionist why was he called back before me and she said "oh your appointment and his appointment is at 12:45, I don't know why she called him back first." I replied, ok, go ahead and cancel my appointment as I have been waiting for 30mins and he walks right in and gets called back.
