Your accounting dept. continues to request payment prior to service when they should be invoicing Humana. Also, mychart is listing Lasso as the insurance even though I have provided my Humana details at least 5 times. I paid one invoice for $50+ that should be refunded.

I have utmost respect for Dr Dua. Every visit with him i always felt he was 100% invested in my care. I have always been treated well at this practice and would have no problem recommending it to friends and family, and already have. It's a shame that Dr Dua is leaving as he reflects incredibly well on this practice

My wife and I have been patients for about 10 years. Dr. Dua has been our Doctor. He is leaving soon and all we can say you and us have lost the most bright, smart and personnel Dr. we have ever had. We do not know the reasons but all we have heard is that he is moving to another position. At our age we have had many Drs in many states but we both lost.

very concerned that the cardiologist and electrophysiologist are both leaving the practice. also there is a great deal of turnover in support staff. I am very concerned that Wellstar does not have a competitive work environment to keep and recruit excellent physicians.

I think it's a shame when you have a dr as good as dr dua and wellstar let's him go he was my dad's dr my dr and my wife dr every time you get good dr you let them go he will be missed. Dr Dua wish you all the best and I hope this group doesn't let us down .
