We were kept waiting for PA for 47 minutes with no update as to why. When I went to desk to inquire how much longer we would have to wait, the 2 ladies were giggling and socializing with one another. When I approached them, they scrambled and within a few minutes, the PA arrived. Wellstar, you need to have more respect for your patients time. You insist that we be on time to our appt, is it too much to expect the same in return? I understand situations arise for delays, but at the very least, the patient should be apprised of delay not just plopped in room and left

Dr. Vincent has been integral to my recovery. He really seems to care about my injury and actually seeing me get better. I feel so comfortable when I come to him. I feel like I can tell him anything that's going on with me and my injury. I feel like I can be honest with him as well. All of the staff is always so amazing, so quick, so efficient. The reception staff, the medical schedulers, everybody that I come in contact with is always so wonderful, so nice. And that's all.

Answered all concerns and more. He was so clam which sure helped me to stay calm. Such a bedside manner. AWESOME as well. Explain things in my way of understanding. I'm 73 so I'm a bit slow. Not a problem with him. Maybe I was like his grandmother. (LOL) . Wish all doctors were more like Dr. Waldron.

One of the worst experiences ever. I have two fractures (L2 & L3) and was told that no pain meds would be prescribed to take care of any pain, even of non-stop pain. I'll never recommend this place to anyone!
