I am not sure a diagnosis has been reached, more like guesses as to a diagnosis which is somewhat understandable but concerning. From my first visit and every visit thereafter I've been asked about pain and I've been saying I have no pain. With this most recent visit the PA asked what I take for pain. I got a sense I stunned him from the moment of silence on his part as I said I take nothing for pain and have no pain. I think the no pain point finally was understood. I think that was a turning point in the diagnosis as he ordered a CT scan and a mention one of my vertibrae may be moving. I feel like I am just floating along, going with the flow with this diagnosis; again I understand some of that is normal. It just means I can't ask informative questions to help me understand.

When I entered the practice, it was a very good experience. I was welcomed and greeted very politely and we held quite a conversation. I got in the back to the physician's PA, Vincent, and he came in, very polite, very professional, seems to be knowledgeable. I didn't have any problems. I didn't really like the outcome of our plan, but I'm going to try the plan. It's better to try than not try. But he was great, very professional. I really liked him. I liked his personality. I loved his bedside manner. Overall, it was a great experience at the office and the only reason why I may have said nines is because I was a new patient and my first time being there. Thank you.

It was a nice experience but I prefer meeting face-to-face with the provider who is taking of me and my business. Thank you for the invitation to provide services over the telephone with your providers but there should be a meeting in person first.

We were kept waiting for PA for 47 minutes with no update as to why. When I went to desk to inquire how much longer we would have to wait, the 2 ladies were giggling and socializing with one another. When I approached them, they scrambled and within a few minutes, the PA arrived. Wellstar, you need to have more respect for your patients time. You insist that we be on time to our appt, is it too much to expect the same in return? I understand situations arise for delays, but at the very least, the patient should be apprised of delay not just plopped in room and left

Dr. Vincent has been integral to my recovery. He really seems to care about my injury and actually seeing me get better. I feel so comfortable when I come to him. I feel like I can tell him anything that's going on with me and my injury. I feel like I can be honest with him as well. All of the staff is always so amazing, so quick, so efficient. The reception staff, the medical schedulers, everybody that I come in contact with is always so wonderful, so nice. And that's all.
