When I arrived at my appointment, I was instructed that the urgent care does not take appointments. And I had to wait. Had I known that I would have gone to another location, and the current location, Cooper Lake should not have allowed anyone to make appointments. If that, if you all don't take appointments. Kind of wasting my time as I had other appointments, which I'm going to get somewhere else.

This experience started out very bad. The woman at the front desk was on her phone the entire time talking about her trip to Las Vegas. This woman talked about her trip to Las Vegas the entire time and barely looked at me. She just said fill out your information on the kiosk. It was almost as if I was a burden being there. To make it worse I was the very first patient in the office and there was another man that came in right behind me but he got seen first before me and he did not have an appointment either. Needless to say I will never come back to this medical facility for anything. It was not only a waste of time but a waste of money.

I think with the symptoms I was having and due to being seen two weeks ago being sick with most of the same symptoms. Also, seeing my primary doctor with the same symptoms and completed the antibiotics for a sinus infection. Still not being better a different prescription should have been written to treat my sinus infection instead of just the same steroids. I'm still not better and have to find time to be seen again because that same evening started coughing up colored mucus which indicates an infection.
