The main issue I had with this visit was the staff only wanted to take my BP using the machine and then wanted to prescribe BP meds when it was high. I asked repeatedly for them to take my BP manually; however, they refused and still referenced hypertension in my MyChart.

I've never had a problem waiting there very long, maybe five minutes at the most and everybody is courteous and they do listen to me. The only thing, I didn't see a doctor this time. I had to use a practitioner, but that was different for me because I always seen a doctor there. But I'm okay. She took care of me. She listened to me and I'm fine with it. Thank you.

I have waited several days for the results of my 2nd Covid Test and am still waiting. I have contacted them several times, but still haven't received it. Don't understand why it has taken so long.

I felt like the service was great, but I felt as thought my appointment was rushed and they didn't care enough about my problem. In the exam room, I was told one diagnosis but when I read over my note there was a completely different diagnosis in the chart. My note was very vague and contained things that I did not tell the provider. Also, i was not allowed to see my x-rays in clinic, but I was given a disc.

My experience was very well. I'm beginning to feel better. I love coming, well I hate coming to the doctor, but I love coming to Cooper Lake Urgent Care because I'm in and out and they really take care of me.

The provider was there for the day, filling in for someone who was sick. I had something in my eye. She tried very hard to get it out, but not being in ophthalmologist's office with the right equipment, she couldn't see it to get it out. I did have to go to the next day to the ophthalmologist, and it was very hard to see. They had to look through their machine, I don't know what it's called, to see it. But she tried hard, and I appreciated her help. Thanks, bye.
