About Venu Sajja, MD
Dr. Sajja is board certified in internal medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and nuclear cardiology. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University and earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. Dr. Sajja completed his internal medicine internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania-Hahnemann University and his residency at Drexel University. He also completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at West Virginia University.
His special interests include coronary artery disease, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Dr. Sajja joined Wellstar Medical Group, Cardiovascular Medicine in April 2009. He is currently on staff at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
Dr. Sajja is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He is fluent in Telugu.

My experience was disappointing and not for the first time. Even though the Dr and nurse were respectful and kind, they showed minimal concern for my overall health. Wellstar whole has become increasingly transactional, and I am beginning to shop for other options that are more relational and that show concern for my overall health.

A patient couldn't expect a better atmosphere for a doctors visit. The Doctor is off to a good start in dealing with my health issues. My mother also use the same Dr that I use when I got there I had a breakdown the staff was extremely helpful and talked to me through all of it they are amazing.

Dr Sajja and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I almost did not come bc I received notice that my charge for visit was going to be $267 after insurance. The receptionist confirmed it should be $50 and helped process correctly. All I had was a brief checkup but everything is so expensive now for any medical care that I hesitate to go for any further medical treatment. My medical and insurance bills are overwhelming ;(((
