About Venu Sajja, MD
Dr. Sajja is board certified in internal medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and nuclear cardiology. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University and earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. Dr. Sajja completed his internal medicine internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania-Hahnemann University and his residency at Drexel University. He also completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at West Virginia University.
His special interests include coronary artery disease, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Dr. Sajja joined Wellstar Medical Group, Cardiovascular Medicine in April 2009. He is currently on staff at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
Dr. Sajja is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He is fluent in Telugu.

Excluding the folks at the main entrance (completely disinterested in helping or even willing to make eye contact), I had a great experience. Every single person I came in contact with at the cardiology clinic was superb. The gals at check-in, the techs, the doctor were top tier and I cannot say enough good things about them.
