Dr Malepati has been my primary care and internist for a few years. I have been pleased with her. The overall practice is a little funky with some of their rules that I don't see elsewhere in Wellstar.

What a positive first time experience for me from start to finish. Sonia and Nancy were very helpful. Everyone from the Front office staff, medical assistant for the doctor, as well as the doctor herself, all were friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease and happy I chose this group.

The phlebotomist drawing my blood work was great. There was, however, a VERY obnoxious lady who talked extremely loud, sang, danced, and was totally inappropriate for a work place. I hope she isn't there next time.

I transferred to this practice after I lost my previous GP and had a less than satisfactory experience with another practice. After a suggestion from a family member I decided to try Dr. Malepati. The staff and Dr. Malepati have been great. They are friendly and helpful and you never feel rushed. So glad I transferred to this practice!

Why should a patient pay before being seen by the doctor and then receive an additional bill after making payment? This is not considerate of the patient.

Scheduled a basic physical but only got a "new patient consultation" and was then asked to schedule a physical 3 months later. Arrived 20 minutes early to this appointment but wasn't seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Dr Malepati just read the packet back to me that I was asked to fill out prior to the visit, listened to breath sounds and sent me to the lab for bloodwork. Overall I feel like this visit was a complete waste of time and money. My insurance is paying out just over $400 for this visit in addition to my copay but the physician didn't perform a typical physical.
