Dr. Malepati's office is excellent. Nurses are great. She's a wonderful doctor. My only complaint is with your lab. They need more help. You have to wait almost 20 to 30 minutes just to get lab work drawn. They're always very, very busy. They're trying hard, but they need more people. There's 12 doctors that are feeding in to two or three people that are doing lab work. You need more help in the lab.

The wait for blood work was 45 minutes and 1 of the women working was obviously annoyed. I believe they were short staffed.

Dr. Malepati and her staff listened to my ailments, documented them, and came up with a plan of action. Less than 24 hours later I had the results of my blood work and neck x-ray. I was given referrals prior to leaving the office, and Dr. Malepati contacted me herself to go over everything and answer my follow up questions. I feel strongly that I received the best care possible!

My suggestion would be to expand the laboratory a little more so they can serve more people at exam time to minimize the wait for care. Otherwise, I am very happy with the care provided and, above all, my primary care physician, Dr. Malepati, is a good professional, 10 out of 10.

Dr. Veena Malepati is a very knowledgeable professional. She takes time to explain everything she says. She has a great demeaner and bedside manner. She is very thorough that I sometimes ask to prioritize what is the most serious issues for which I need a specialist.
