I did not anticipate a 2/1.5 hour wait time. However, the staff was very service oriented. The front desk lady actually offered snacks and beverages to guests, who were waiting. My experience from the nurse, Doctor and Xray Technician was all pleasant, informative and compassionate and comfortable. Thank you!!

While Dr. Harris proved most helpful my previous experience proved in the long run to lead to why I was back there a 2nd time. Dr. Harris informed me that the lab test proved I had MRSA which I NOW KNOW is highly contagious!!!! Because I WASN'T told I'm now paying for it being I am seriously ill but fortunately I didn't pass it on to my high risk spouse who is a dialysis patient. I doubt anything will come of this writing but thanks to Dr. Harris I now know what I'm dealing with,

Well, the time that the little thing on the wall informed me that I'd probably be waiting was accurate almost, well, actually it was like I actually got back there about five minutes earlier than they predicted I would. And Dr. Harris is a very caring and compassionate doctor. So she's great.

Well, I know it's not our language, but it would be helpful if the service providers, once we tell them that we do not speak the language, got back to us with someone who could understand us or come back with a translator because someone stopped by to see me in the morning. Said that they'd be back in a minute, but only showed up again in the afternoon. Therefore, despite the language barrier, we as human beings would like to receive some attention. Thank you.
