The wait was almost 3 hours. It always takes extremely long to be seen. The doctor was nice herself and the entire wait, not knowing how long you'll be waiting is extremely frustrating.

Front staff and office manager were changing their thoughts about the payment again and again. As a manager at delk road she doesn't have the answer what, why, and how ?? She wasn't sure about anything asked - then how come you are a manager ??
