Dr Tyra was very helpful and professional she made sure that I understood my diagnosis correctly and how to take my medication correctly. And she even made sure that I got everything medically done. Will love to see her again I felt as if I was taken very good care of. I wish she had an doc office.

I scheduled an appointment for 2:40 and wasn't called from the lobby until 4:40. I expect a delay due to the nature of urgent care, but it would have been nice to know that there was such a long delay.

I did not anticipate a 2/1.5 hour wait time. However, the staff was very service oriented. The front desk lady actually offered snacks and beverages to guests, who were waiting. My experience from the nurse, Doctor and Xray Technician was all pleasant, informative and compassionate and comfortable. Thank you!!

Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Harris , just exuded beautiful energy and took vested interest in my health. Although I have a long journey until my health destination, I'm comforted knowing that there are medical professionals that care.

BEST experience ever! Ronda took care of my initial vitals. Sympathetic and very helpful. Dr. Harris was AMAZING, talking through all of my concerns and providing me with the proper medications to ensure I was feeling better soon. This facility is small and intimate with focused care. Thank you!!

Dr. Harris has good bedside manners. They listen to you and answer your questions. Going to the Urgent Care is something you don't want to do constantly, but it's a relief to find Healthcare personnel ready and willing to help.

While Dr. Harris proved most helpful my previous experience proved in the long run to lead to why I was back there a 2nd time. Dr. Harris informed me that the lab test proved I had MRSA which I NOW KNOW is highly contagious!!!! Because I WASN'T told I'm now paying for it being I am seriously ill but fortunately I didn't pass it on to my high risk spouse who is a dialysis patient. I doubt anything will come of this writing but thanks to Dr. Harris I now know what I'm dealing with,

Well, the time that the little thing on the wall informed me that I'd probably be waiting was accurate almost, well, actually it was like I actually got back there about five minutes earlier than they predicted I would. And Dr. Harris is a very caring and compassionate doctor. So she's great.
