Dr Harris was wonderful!!!! However, the girl that called about my test results was rude and very confusing on what to do. She ended up saying I could go else where if I wanted more answers

The staff and Dr Harris were great. Wellstar policy to charge an additional visit cost for a wound care follow up in 2-3 days or for stitches removal is horrible. I would not recommend anyone to wellstar under these new practices and policies. VERY Happy with service received and the caregiving from the staff.

I originally tried calling the wellstar urgent care on Jiles. I could not get through. When I arrived a little before 6 I went in and checked in and had a seat with my daughter. A little bit later the nurse working the desk came out and informed me they weren't taking patients anymore and I would have to leave. I explained how I tried calling before I arrived and she told me the number I was calling was wrong. It was the number from your website. I left there frustrated and still with my daughter in pain due to wrist injury. I called the urgent care on Delk and Powers ferry and they told me to come on down. They were amazing. Saw us right away. The nurses were all so friends and the Dr we saw was amazing. I guess I will drive past the office that is a mile from my house to the one that is 30 minutes away because my first experience was not pleasant at the Kennesaw location.

The Dr that saw me was fantastic!! Since I have an implanted defibrillator she answered all of my questions regarding the medicine she was prescribing for my muscle strain. I thank her for that. I don't want Dr's to feel I am questioning what the prescribe, just how it would interact with my implant and med I take for that. The woman at front desk was patient with me since I came in bent over in pain from the muscle strain.

Thankyou to all the staff that assisted me from the moment I walked in the receptionist showed genuine compassion and quickly I was seen by the healthcare staff. Immediately I was assessed and given a steroid vaccine for my extreme allergic outbreak. Thankyou to all staff I am glad you were available. God bless you.

I always go to the Delk Road location for urgent care due to the fact that I do get great customer service. The staff is always nice, respectful, concerned. I've seen Dr. Harris several times and she is just a class act for a physician and that physician at a facility like that. She's always very nice, very kind, very, very ... she shows empathy. She's just ... every quality that you would want to find in a doctor when you're not feeling well, she exemplifies that in a great way. I enjoy her conversation. She's always very pleasant, very positive and she is one of the top doctors in the well care system that I've seen
