I was treated in the morning for a food borne illness. The staff showed great care and got me well enough to make it to the CFP national championship game later that night. The doctor said that was her goal and I didn't think it was possible at the time. A huge thank you to everyone there! I only wish that my team won- Go Irish!

Well, I know it's not our language, but it would be helpful if the service providers, once we tell them that we do not speak the language, got back to us with someone who could understand us or come back with a translator because someone stopped by to see me in the morning. Said that they'd be back in a minute, but only showed up again in the afternoon. Therefore, despite the language barrier, we as human beings would like to receive some attention. Thank you.

The staff and Dr Harris were great. Wellstar policy to charge an additional visit cost for a wound care follow up in 2-3 days or for stitches removal is horrible. I would not recommend anyone to wellstar under these new practices and policies. VERY Happy with service received and the caregiving from the staff.

I originally tried calling the wellstar urgent care on Jiles. I could not get through. When I arrived a little before 6 I went in and checked in and had a seat with my daughter. A little bit later the nurse working the desk came out and informed me they weren't taking patients anymore and I would have to leave. I explained how I tried calling before I arrived and she told me the number I was calling was wrong. It was the number from your website. I left there frustrated and still with my daughter in pain due to wrist injury. I called the urgent care on Delk and Powers ferry and they told me to come on down. They were amazing. Saw us right away. The nurses were all so friends and the Dr we saw was amazing. I guess I will drive past the office that is a mile from my house to the one that is 30 minutes away because my first experience was not pleasant at the Kennesaw location.
