I was very pleased with the staff. However, having just come from gallbladder surgery with four wounds in my stomach, trying to wear a loose dress, I was pretty shocked to see a dog in the waiting room and a dog was carried back to the exam rooms. Not the one I was in, but that was pretty surprising considering that I've been trying very hard to take care of my wounds and keep them clean. So I was very disappointed in that.

Very professional and very good experience. Only disappointment with the experience was not being able to talk to the doctor or assistant about the surgery. The nurse did tell me everything went well but I would have felt better if I had spoken directly to someone who was directly involved in the Surgery.
