I got to the office at 9:42 AM. My appointment was at 10AM. While in the lobby I noticed patients coming in and being taken back within 2-5 minutes. I was finally taken back at 10:35AM. I waited in the room until 11AM. The doc was apparently overbooked because he had mot yet come in. I left the room at 11 because I had a work related con call at 11:30. I told the front desk people snd they were apologetic. I only came in to get my med refill. The appointment was only to take 15-minutes. I have always had a great experience in the past. Again, I think the doctor was overbooked. Thank you

My doctor is thorough. He cares about me. He takes time to explain what's going on with my body and I trust him emphatically. When I come into the office, everyone there is nice, courteous, and they listen. Five stars. Great service and great caring doctor.
