That is one of the things that I really find that now the people that answer the phones and making appointments really not courteous at all the last couple times I've been there. I got to the office at 9:42 AM. My appointment was at 10AM. While in the lobby I noticed patients coming in and being taken back within 2-5 minutes. I was finally taken back at 10:35AM. I waited in the room until 11AM. The doc was apparently overbooked because he had mot yet come in. I left the room at 11 because I had a work related con call at 11:30. I told the front desk people snd they were apologetic. I only came in to get my med refill. The appointment was only to take 15-minutes. I have always had a great experience in the past. Again, I think the doctor was overbooked. Thank you
