Unfortunately I can never get a visit in with my PCP when I need it, and after my visit I have to call my OB for a prescription. I was told if I develop a fever that lasts more than 24hr, with an upper respiratory and sinus infection, then I can get a prescription, other than that I have to suffer and hope the OV recommendations will relieve symptoms. My OB had one sent in within 30mn because there are safe antibiotic options for pregnant women. Especially when they are very sick.

Kimberly, Kayla, and Lori were very friendly, and I appreciate how they handled my situation. She is truly the best doctor I've ever had, she makes you feel comfortable to talk to her about anything and I know that she really cares. The office staff was wonderful as well from the front office staff to the medical assistant. It was a great experience.

I've known NP T from her previous office. I LOVE her bedside manners! She listens, has compassion and is informative. The only complaint I have is when I scheduled this appointment, I was told there wasn't a copay. I also wasn't made aware that you all had changes policy 2 weeks ago where new patients couldn't get a physical on the same day. I didn't find this out until I arrived. I feel patients should be notified by phone, email or a mychart alert. There has to be better communication.

Amazing doctor. My husband was diagnosed with the flu and I was waiting in my car for my same day appointment an hour later. The doctor told him to have me come in. That she couldn't have me waiting in the car for the flu test as well for an hour. So sweet and caring of her! She squeezed me in but took time with me to address my concerns of me being sick as well. I'm so thankful to her and her staff! They were super busy but with caring and quickness, got my husband and I in and out and onto getting over the flu!

Unfortunately I can never get a visit in with my PCP when I need it, and after my visit I have to call my OB for a prescription.
