Its not just about getting me out of pain but more importantly that the team is listening. There is lots of anxiety and decision making by families about ones health. In a world where no one is listening i find that this was the strength of the team. Get to know me, my lifestyle and what got me to the care center. I was taken back how everyone slowed down and ensured that i was part of everything and not looked upon as the next person on the chart waiting. Great team.

She's a wonderful health care provider. My experience in the office is always great. I didn't have the best experience dealing with clinical staff via MyChart and phone. My voicemail and MyChart messages were ignored. Very disappointing but I love the care and attention I receive from Dr. D and now this nurse practitioner so I will move past this incident but hope to have better experiences communicating with clinical staff.

Unfortunately I can never get a visit in with my PCP when I need it, and after my visit I have to call my OB for a prescription. I was told if I develop a fever that lasts more than 24hr, with an upper respiratory and sinus infection, then I can get a prescription, other than that I have to suffer and hope the OV recommendations will relieve symptoms. My OB had one sent in within 30mn because there are safe antibiotic options for pregnant women. Especially when they are very sick.

Kimberly, Kayla, and Lori were very friendly, and I appreciate how they handled my situation. Although I wasn't able to keep my appointment, they worked to find an appointment to get me in later that afternoon. Thank you to Nurse Tsitsi and the student nurse who listened attentively and asked all the right questions to understand what was going on with me.

I love Tsitsi! I saw her at Walmart Health and I'm so glad I found her at WellStar now! She is truly the best doctor I've ever had, she makes you feel comfortable to talk to her about anything and I know that she really cares. She has talked to me in depth about my options and asks me what I would like to do rather than just pushing a treatment on me. The office staff was wonderful as well from the front office staff to the medical assistant. It was a great experience.
