The doctor/PA may not always give you good news - but he/she then explains what we can do to improve the situation. I asked some questions and got a detailed answer on what was going on. I am very pleased with this practice that cares for my entire family.

Instructions for scheduling the ultrasound were unclear at first but then better after being clarified at 3 different desks. The NP did not seem to know that I was unable to have the ultrasound the same day since I had to have 8 hours of fasting.

I never felt rushed when explaining my symptoms or asking questions. She was very personable and genuinely seemed concerned about me. I will definitely be back to see her (Ms T).
