Did not know that there was a hearing test scheduled. Then I had to sit and wait for the doctor over an hour. After sitting for over 30 minutes me and my sister walked out. We got there 30 minutes early and walked out 2 1/2 hours later and never saw the doctor. I would not advise anyone to your office unless it was something minor.

Great customer service experience. The providers were very professional and provided very detailed information about my healthcare also provided literature and instructions how to manage my illness...

This was not my regular audiologist. She was very nice. However the information she recommended did not resolve my problem. My hearing aides (purchased from this group) has a charging box and after several years of daily use it started to not be reliable to charge my hearing aids . The USB cord had worn out at the plug in. She told me I could pick up a replacement cord at any Walgreens or Walmart. You have to order one from Amazon I found out at the stores after running all over. I ask about a replacement box and she didn't know if I could get one or not.... She said my box could be returned to the factory for repairs. I would not have a charged hearing aide during this time. She didn't seem to understand the fact that I would not be able to hear at all during this period required to send the box back. I ask her to text me the cost of buying a replacement box and she said they didn't text , their office policy was to call the resident . I told her I can't hear you on the phone with out a charged hearing aide. For an audiologist are seemed to be out of touch and not able to resolve my problem.
