Wait to see MD was one hour and forty five minutes for a 94 year old. No one had the consideration to keep us informed about the delay.

We were there by 9 but didn't get seen until after 10. That's difficult for an 89 year old that has endurance issues. It then was after 12 before we were finished. Dr. Plotnick had 2 masks on, spoke softly, which made communication difficult. The nurses were very kind and tried to be accommodating.

This visit was so pleasant from the phone call to schedule the visit to standing at the front desk and seeing the audiologist and doctor. They were quick and so friendly! They were so kind and careful with my Mother's care :).

I used My Chart prior to my visit and added my new insurance information. Receptionist was not able to pull up my new insurance card & information. I pulled the information & showed it to her but she stated she did not have the card in her computer. I was constantly standing of which is difficult for me as I have health mobility issues. This was stressful to my body.

Did not know that there was a hearing test scheduled. Then I had to sit and wait for the doctor over an hour. After sitting for over 30 minutes me and my sister walked out. We got there 30 minutes early and walked out 2 1/2 hours later and never saw the doctor. I would not advise anyone to your office unless it was something minor.
