Everybody in spoke to was extremely friendly and very attentive to my needs. The portal has been rather effective too, especially since I see physicians at Piedmont Hospital.

Dr. Bowles always listens to any concern that I always have. I don't do a lot of vaccines and I always space them out and he's really good at listening to my concerns and expressing his concerns and going over guidelines and it's always still my decision and I never feel pressured into doing anything that I don't want to do. It's been great with Dr. Bowles. Very wonderful.

Dr. Bowles listens well. He treats me like an intelligent informed adult. He makes recommendations and then allows me to make my own decisions about my health. I really appreciate the respect he shows me. That is why I travel a good distance from the North Georgia mountains to see him. The staff at the front desk and the nurse, Katie, were engaging and friendly.

On arrival, there were 4 attendants sitting at the desk to check patients in/out. No patients were at the check-in desk and I was the only person waiting; NONE OF THE ATTENDANTS even looked up to acknowledge my presence. Finally, one of them did signal to me to offer help. Even if they are attending to something on the computer, I would expect to at least acknowledge me and offer help momentarily.
