This was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at a doctor's visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming - from the front desk, to the MA, the nurse, provider. The most efficient visit I have ever had. I felt listened to and was provided with individualized care that was thorough and informative. Couldn't recommend enough. I am so excited to have found Sr Butler, and everyone at the Cherokee Health Park is 5 stars. I have already referred 2 family members!

Today was so easy I am a new patient to wellstar. The guy at the door helped me find the floor I needed as I was lost . Once upstairs the ladies at the desk helped me check in. I was called back before I was able to complete the forms I needed to complete. Once in the back the nurse was super nice and kind and asked me questions where I didn't feel uncomfortable. She then said the dr would be right in. Dr. Butler was amazing. I have never been so happy to hear a doctor actually hear me out and ask questions. She also gave reassurance along the way about what my options were. I am so happy that I have found her and the pratice

Actually it was one of the first times ever that the doctor stayed longer than the nurse. Like she answered every single one of my questions. I even forgot a question and messaged her and she answered it so quickly. I was so pleased with my service, so thankful. I just want to say thank you to the medical staff.
