Front desk empty at noon when several patients were needing to be accommodated. And apparently the front desk thinks that the signs on the doors that say the doctors are on time is enough. It's not. Number two, the checkout staff were actually surly. Their lights were off and they acted as though I was an intrusion on their time. Number three, the wait was a long, long wait to see the provider. I had been told to arrive at 1245 for a one o'clock appointment. I believe I was seen at about 115 and I had arrived at 1245 as I was instructed to do.
