I had a virtual visit with Dr. Gartrell and the process of checking in on my chart is set up in such a way that I could not bypass making a payment before filling out all my other information. The estimate was incorrect showing I had not met my deductible. I had to call the office to bypass this feature. I almost missed my appointment. I spent some time trying to trouble shoot this issue thinking that others must be running into the same problem. I ran inti some people that tried to help me but ultimately this problem hasn't been solved. I would like to speak with someone that has the ability to speak to this my chart estimate process and the e-check in. there needs to be a way to bypass an erroneous estimate and check in for a virtual meeting. Thanks!
