The nurses were very nice and helpful. But both the receptionist up front for Primary Care seemed a bit rude and not to welcoming I don't know if they're busy with something else during me asking for information, but overall experience was okay.

Tiffany stated we are starting with a clean slate, wanted to get labs and she was setting up appointments for what needed. Very warm considerate, very professional and took her time explaining treatment plan for me.

I have struggled with type 2 diabetes now for years and never been able to get a control on my A1C, her treatment plan, listening to my concerns and caring attitude has gotten me much better than I have been in years. The staff over all is great and I am so glad I made the choice to switch to wellstar.
