I am so thankful for my ultrasound technician and nurse. They were extremely courteous and welcoming. They made me feel validated and helped arrange my next steps. Doc was very straightforward which came off a bit cold as this is my first pregnancy. However, it may simply have been a misinterpretation on how I received the information she was relating to me. I appreciated docs insight and ability to properly diagnose my condition and ensure my next visit was scheduled with urgency.

And I don't feel judged. I don't feel ashamed. She just takes her time to explain things to me and offers great solutions, not just drug solutions but alternatives. And just always makes me feel like I can ask additional questions. So I thank her for every minute that she gives me.

Dr. Aldridge did not seem to listen to my concerns very closely. She suggested a medication that isn't in production and continued to suggest it even after I informed her it isn't available. She wouldn't discuss much about treatment options until my lab results came back. I've gotten lab results saying the labs were improperly collected and I didn't get results. So essentially, I had to take the day off of work and got nothing out of the appointment. I would like to receive reimbursement for the visit due to the lab being done incorrectly.

She's not very kind. I asked her a lot of questions, and honestly, she didn't answer them. Honestly, I didn't like the tension at all. I've been with the providers and the nurses, and they've also been very kind. They answer everything and try to help me. And she, honestly, didn't.

The assistants left me in the lobby for almost an hour waiting to be called back. I was only called back after the provider noticed I hadn't been pulled back yet. This is the second time this has happened. When I was called back the assistant told me they were very behind and just that day thats why I was waiting so long. I knew they had forgotten me because they did it before, but being told that they're too busy to call me back and then the provider telling me they never pulled my paper to let them know I was there.. why lie. Just admit your mistake. I worked in a medical office and know it happens some times. Twice to the same patient though... work on paying attention.

I would say have the directions on the office location be available for appointments. It was my first time in the hospital and I didn't know where to go. The lady at the information desk wasn't there, and although there was a directory for my doctor, it was still confusing on how to find her. All I knew was it was in suite 500 but didn't know what floor or what tower to go to. Location transparency or an updated directory/map would be very helpful.

Dr. Aldridge is an excellent provider, I have often felt afraid at the Gynecologist but Dr. Aldridge calmly explains everything and makes me feel confident and comfortable. She is the best truly.

She's not very kind. I asked her a lot of questions, and honestly, she didn't answer them. Honestly, I didn't like the tension at all. I've been with the providers and the nurses, and they've also been very kind. They answer everything and try to help me. And she, honestly, didn't.

Dr. Aldridge did not seem to listen to my concerns very closely. She suggested a medication that isn't in production and continued to suggest it even after I informed her it isn't available. She wouldn't discuss much about treatment options until my lab results came back. I've gotten lab results saying the labs were improperly collected and I didn't get results. So essentially, I had to take the day off of work and got nothing out of the appointment. I would like to receive reimbursement for the visit due to the lab being done incorrectly.

My office visit with Dr. Aldridge is always comfortable, informative. She makes me feel comfortable as far as I can ask her any questions or explain anything that I'm going through. And I don't feel judged. I don't feel ashamed. She just takes her time to explain things to me and offers great solutions, not just drug solutions but alternatives. And just always makes me feel like I can ask additional questions. So I thank her for every minute that she gives me.

I find Dr. Aldridge to be very attentive to me as I'm explaining my concerns. She listens to what I am saying. And often she provides information that answers my questions before I have to even ask, before I have to ask them. She's very thorough. She's very kind. She's very compassionate. I am so thankful for my ultrasound technician and nurse. They were extremely courteous and welcoming. They made me feel validated and helped arrange my next steps. Doc was very straightforward which came off a bit cold as this is my first pregnancy. However, it may simply have been a misinterpretation on how I received the information she was relating to me. I appreciated docs insight and ability to properly diagnose my condition and ensure my next visit was scheduled with urgency.
