Dr. Aldridge was caring, patient and easy to speak to. She explained each step of what she'll be doing very carefully. She also answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

The assistants left me in the lobby for almost an hour waiting to be called back. I was only called back after the provider noticed I hadn't been pulled back yet. This is the second time this has happened. When I was called back the assistant told me they were very behind and just that day thats why I was waiting so long. I knew they had forgotten me because they did it before, but being told that they're too busy to call me back and then the provider telling me they never pulled my paper to let them know I was there.. why lie. Just admit your mistake. I worked in a medical office and know it happens some times. Twice to the same patient though... work on paying attention.

I really enjoy having Dr. Aldrige as my OBGYN doctor. She is very patient. She always allow me time to ask my questions. Then she explains everything in a way I can understand. Something I really appreciate.

The assistants left me in the lobby for almost an hour waiting to be called back. I was only called back after the provider noticed I hadn't been pulled back yet. This is the second time this has happened. When I was called back the assistant told me they were very behind and just that day thats why I was waiting so long. I knew they had forgotten me because they did it before, but being told that they're too busy to call me back and then the provider telling me they never pulled my paper to let them know I was there.. why lie. Just admit your mistake. I worked in a medical office and know it happens some times. Twice to the same patient though... work on paying attention.

Dr. Aldridge was caring, patient and easy to speak to. She explained each step of what she'll be doing very carefully. She also answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.
