After 15 years of having my labs taken at wellstar, I now have to go somewhere else in network to avoid a high facility charge that Wellstar now requires, not happy about that or how I was advised of this by being billed the last time!

I was seen quickly at my appointment. I was happy with my follow up visit, as Dr Sheftel apparently chose the best course to clear up my issue at my initial appointment with him. Very satisfied with this Doctor and staff. Very professional and friendly. Made sure to ask if we had any questions, which was nice.

Trying to get in the virtual waiting room through My Chart was a nightmare! It made me go through a ridiculous amount of screens, and when I didn't know the answer, it didn't let me skip! I ended up just pushing random keys to fill stuff in randomly, just so I could have the virtual visit! It was sooo frustrating and difficult!
