I was seen quickly at my appointment. I was happy with my follow up visit, as Dr Sheftel apparently chose the best course to clear up my issue at my initial appointment with him. Very satisfied with this Doctor and staff. Very professional and friendly. Made sure to ask if we had any questions, which was nice.

Dr. Sheftel is excellent in patient-centered manner as well as treatment for myself. And I have a great deal of respect for him throughout many years, leaving Lincoln Emerson and coming back to the Willow Fire practice due to such a positive influence he had in the early years of my treatment.

Trying to get in the virtual waiting room through My Chart was a nightmare! It made me go through a ridiculous amount of screens, and when I didn't know the answer, it didn't let me skip! I ended up just pushing random keys to fill stuff in randomly, just so I could have the virtual visit! It was sooo frustrating and difficult!

Parking is atrocious.. you need to have reserved parking for patients. It is very dificult to find a parking space prior to appointment. Also not enough invalid parking spaces..also need to provide directions to new patients so they can find the office in a more timely manner.

It was hard to find the office and I have back problems so was difficult to walk the distance from parking to the office. Then I had to pay to park which I dont anywhere else. I think the office should compensate for parking. Its not our fault the doctor is in a building that charges for parking.. also when leaving the office the parking deck is not obvious where it is. There needs to be a sign as to which way to elevators that go to the parking decks.
