The wait was so unnecessarily long for a 10 second xray. I waited 2 hours just to get the xray done and another whole hour for the results. They need to do better with the wait times

Horrible experience. Waited 40 minutes to get results for a rapid strep test after I was told it would take 6-8 minutes. I was also not informed how much the service would be and was absolutely shocked to find out that a rapid strep test was $150 even including insurance. I waited for much longer than I was even treated/seen. I would not recommend this facility to family or friends, in fact I would tell them to stay far away from it. Absolutely horrible experience and completely unreasonable to charge $150 for a strep test. (I was told the original price without insurance was $200) which is still absurd.

Not good experience. Medication order to pharmacy not received. Called wellStar, got call center who tried to call the location we were seen. No one answered!!!!! How is that possible that no one answers the phone when WellStar itself is calling Was told my concern would be escalated to leadership and would be given a call back. Never happened. You have a long way to go for customer experience.
