Every time I have been to this location for my appointments I have waited over an hour and this last time I wasn't even seen by the actual midwife, but a student. I try my best to avoid this location but the one closest to me fills up pretty quick and it's hard to get in, so I have no other choice.

I would like to say I really enjoyed my experience with everyone in the practice. Terrilyn did amazing. She listens to me and took very good care of me and answered any questions that I have and all the other midwives and doctors as well. I have no complaints. Everything is done with patience and kindness and love. You can tell they enjoy their job.

When I called to schedule the appointment I was informed that my glucose test would not take place, but when I arrived at 3 pm I was told that I was misinformed and that I would not be able to successfully submit my glucose test. Another representative informed me I arrived 15 minutes before for the deadline, but the doctor I was scheduled to see was already 45 minutes behind. I attempted to update my insurance the older lady who was helping me left for the day before my information was successfully put in. I have only had one good experience at this location my entire pregnancy. I gave birth to my first born at this location, but I held all appointments at the Dallas location. After the availability opens up at the Dallas location I will just schedule all future appointments there.
