My experience e was mixed. First time I visited this clinic. Reception was okay. Nurse and medical assistant were very friendly. It was my first time of meeting this provider. Sensed she did not want me to express my feeling and was a bit impatient with me. Seemed not pleased with my fears regarding medication dosage. Had wanted a more concerrned approach from her but rather got a reproach stating I was interrupting her when actually she did not let me finish my statements. I was surprised she did not even act like I was elderly and show some concern. Rather very impatient with me. I felt so deflated.

Dr. Allen was thorough, thoughtful and took the time to answer any/every question I asked. She gave a lot of thought to the medication she would prescribe and explained her reasoning for choosing the particular medication she prescribed for me. Due to her busy schedule it. was worth waiting 3 months to see Dr.Allen, so glad I did!
