Glad Dr understood my concern and struggles and sent me to ER for testing . Glad I was put in a room upstairs and had further testing ! Feeling much better after 4 days in hospital . Will see you in office for follow up appt next week . Thank You !!

Appointment was at 830 am. Got there at 815. In the room at 825. Dr did not come into the room until 915 but only after I had to go to the front desk to ask about being seen. Mentioned it to the Dr when she came in and she said she was behind. How can you be behind at 830 am in the morning. Obviously they are overlooking. Terrible customer service.

The person who took me in the room before the doctor came in was about twelve on a scale of one to ten, with ten being good. She was exceptional. The office staff was pleasant, very little wait time and overall a very good visit. I have numerous Wellstar providers, and this visit was the best I may have ever had. It really makes some of my other Wellstar offices look really bad!

The most improved area needs to be with the appointment time. We wait like 45 minutes every single time we come to be called back to the room, and then we wait probably maybe even up to 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. It's just extremely too long, and it happens every single visit.
