The only thing was when I arrived at 11 minutes after only because I thought I made an appointment with ortho upstairs, the lady at the front looked at me and told me not too professional, but she was about to wipe my name off the schedule. I told her what the problem was, and her response to me was not very professional. She stated that they only prescribed a certain medication that was not strong as if I was there only to take medication. It may have been how I received the information and she may not have meant it the way that I received it, but that was the only issue I had with this visit. Everything else was very professional very caring.

She explained the treatment plan clearly. She also gave clear instructions about what to expect and when to seek additional medical care if that were to become necessary. I appreciate that she took seriously how sick I was feeling and came up with a plan to get me feeling better. Thank you so much Tanya. I appreciate you.

The Wellstar Urgent Care in Douglasville is a great facility. The front desk staff is very helpful and the doctor that I saw was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing to see a doctor in an emergency situation.
