The lady at the front desk gave me knowledge that I needed because I have new insurance that I did not understand and she explained it perfectly to where I can comprehend what to do in the future. Everything went smoothly and quickly and I was happy with everyone I encountered at that place which means a lot cuz I was really in pain and they wished me a speedy recovery when I walked out the door. From the time that I walked into the town that I walked out was an overall wonderful experience and I will be coming back if need be if dealing with any medical issues that they can assist with. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! This location's Google listing needs to be updated to NOT send patients to zocdoc to book an appointment if the facility doesn't use the site. The receptionist said that this has been a problem since May 2024, and it is absurd that it would take over six months for either the facility to get access to the site or for the link to be changed to take patients to wellstar's website instead of zocdoc. Two other patients in the waiting room experienced this same issue, and I noticed there are plenty of Google reviews commenting on the same problem. The staff were good and made me feel comfortable. I would go to this location again, but, please, somebody, fix this problem!

The front desk staff, the medical assistant who assisted me, and the nurse practitioner provider, everyone, excellent, fantastic feedback. Everyone had great bedside manner. I mean, urgent care on a holiday, everyone was great. The only thing I would change is the estimated wait times that are shown on the screen because those are subject to change with people that come in, the time it takes for a provider to see someone, that sort of thing. And I feel like the estimated wait time I was given was not accurate, but I understand what was going on, so it was fine. And everybody that worked there explained the situation. You know, it's an urgent care on a holiday. What to expect, I knew what to expect. It's just the wait time was just a little bit off. But other than that, everyone I interacted with there from the front desk on back, and even when I came back out to answer, ask a question, everybody was fantastic.

Front staff greeting was just going through the ropes, but everyone else was super friendly and caring.... very little wait and even if there had been, worth the trip there to get help. Thanks for a good experience.

Super fast experience the wait was not long and even seeing the provider wasn't a long wait either. My twin brother went to piedmont urgent care not too far and I was supposed to go too but they didn't take Wellstar insurance. His appt was 4:05 and my appt at Wellstar was 5:20 I finished my appointment before him. So I appreciate the swift thorough service of my Wellstar family!!
