I am disappointed. Had they asked the right questions, they could have figured out what i had and saved me a lot of pain. I had to do my own research online to figure it out.

Dr. Tanya Harrison and her entire staff were very attentive, listened, and prescribed just the right treatment and prescriptions for the issues that both my wife and I were experiencing. They had a terrific bedside manner and they were very communicative, listened to everything that we shared with them so that they could make an accurate diagnosis. I highly recommend them.

NP did not ever examine my father. No stethescope or hands touched him except the MA that did vitals and glucose. The NP while very nice was clearly uncomfortable evaluating an elderly person. From the moment she knew his age she tried to send us away to the ED. I am concerned about our ability to deliver care to our ever aging population if our NPs are not trained to do a thorough history and physical prior to determining the plan and presenting an uninformed picture to their attending and merely pushing complex patients to the already ever burdened ED.

This is not the facility closest to me, but mine has less appointments. This is the second time I've been seen at Austell. Tanya is excellent and always concerned! The staff is also very upbeat, but also caring. Great facility and staff...especially when you're feeling lousy.

This visit was my first experience with WellStar health systems and I would like to say that Tanya Harrison was phenomenal! The care attention to detail that she showed me far exceeded my expectation. I was handled with care and attention. She listened to me and provided me next steps. I cannot say Enough, how AMAZING her care was and how reassured she made me feel! Simply excellent!!

My appointment was at 11:30am. There were 2 people in the waiting room. I didn't go back to see the PA until after 12:30pm only to wait another 30-40 mins. When the PA came in she spent less than 5 mins with me. Ridiculous.!

Tanya, the nurse practitioner, and the nurse were thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely concerned about getting me back to feeling better. They took the time to listen, provided helpful advice on what to avoid in the future, and made sure I left with a clear recovery plan. They didn't just prescribe medication and send me on my way-they were intentional about offering treatment during my visit to help me feel better immediately, with a thorough follow-up regimen and guidance on next steps if needed. I truly felt heard and cared for, which is so refreshing-especially during this season when so many people are sick. If you want providers who actually take the time to help you heal, I highly recommend this urgent care!

Super fast experience the wait was not long and even seeing the provider wasn't a long wait either. My twin brother went to piedmont urgent care not too far and I was supposed to go too but they didn't take Wellstar insurance. His appt was 4:05 and my appt at Wellstar was 5:20 I finished my appointment before him. So I appreciate the swift thorough service of my Wellstar family!!

I am concerned about our ability to deliver care to our ever aging population if our NPs are not trained to do a thorough history and physical prior to determining the plan and presenting an uninformed picture to their attending and merely pushing complex patients to the already ever burdened ED.

I am disappointed. Had they asked the right questions, they could have figured out what i had and saved me a lot of pain. I had to do my own research online to figure it out.

Dr. Tanya Harrison and her entire staff were very attentive, listened, and prescribed just the right treatment and prescriptions for the issues that both my wife and I were experiencing. They had a terrific bedside manner and they were very communicative, listened to everything that we shared with them so that they could make an accurate diagnosis. I highly recommend them.
