My child's Medicaid is not accepted at this location but I was able to make the appointment and drive all the way there before finding this out. Every minute counts with a sick child and I waisted valuable time scheduling and showing up for an appointment that could not be completed. I should not have been able to schedule this appointment at all. the process needs to be refined so this doesn't happen again to someone in need of medical assistance.

My experience the first time was I dis nit see anyone because the physician had seen too many patients that day but urgent care is still open. Then I was asked to make an appointment in the morning. I got there in the morning without an appointment signed in still had to come back in about 75 minutes. It's urgent care why do you need to make an appointment?

I have had to go in for different issues to an Urgent Care facility here in Douglas County in the past two years and this staff was by far the best. Very professional and very helpful. I was seen quickly even though I came in without an appointment. The prescription I was going to need was sent to my pharmacy before the PA even came back in to tell me of my lab results. I appreciated this as it would cut time for me on waiting for the druggist to fill it.

This staff was really, once I got into the exam room, the staff was very thorough, very attentive to, you know, me explaining what was happening to me. All I can say is, you know, I felt like I was in good care in their hands. I left feeling better because I was really, really feeling bad physically, and they just did what was needed. And I had a great rest of the day where I had been just bent over and fatigued out. They really helped me out. So I would recommend, especially this staff and the providers that I had this particular I can't wait for the MP to become a doctor because I'm going to change my primary care provider to be her. Thank you.

I originally went to the WellStar lab to get some lab work done while I was there. I asked the nurse about the urgent care at WellStar and she recommended that I go if I was not feeling well I'm glad I went. I got treated right away and got the medicine that I needed.

I truly appreciated her explanations regarding the meditations she was prescribing, how long I would take them (although that information would be on the labels) and what they were expected do. All in all I had an excellent experience with her.
