The nurse and the physician assistant who was there were excellent. They were friendly, talkative, made me aware of what was going on, talked to me, and spent the time that was needed and stuff, not rushing out the room.

The technician explained everything clearly. He was personable. He made sure that my room temperature was readjusted and provided another blanket as well. I think the test results will help my pulmonologist optimize the settings on my bipap machine so that I get the best possible outcome with my sleep therapy.

There was a delay in seeing the doctor, but the nurses kept me informed of the delay and where I was next in line, and I really appreciate that and taking the time that she did not rush through when she got in there, even though she's running behind. I really appreciate the service and really listening to my problems and just really appreciate it and all that you did and the referral. So thank you very much for your service.

Someone was singing in the Lab and loud out burst at times causing patients in waiting area to look to see what was going on to have caused this out burst. To me it was very unprofessional and not necessary at all. Gives the impression of a don't care attitude Singing is great! But not in a doctors office.
