I wasn't called into the exam room until an hour and ten minutes after the appointment time. This is unacceptable especially since they ask us to arrive 15 minutes early.

When I moved here out of state, after having the same insurance and doctor for many years I was a bit nervous about what to expect. What I discovered is the politeness, upbeat personalities and just genuinely caring people made my transition an easy one.
