Melissa was friendly and professional at check in. Yolanda was very thorough when taking my vitals, asking me questions, and answering questions. She was friendly and professional. Shannon continues to make me feel well cared for. She checks all my medicines, upcoming vaccinations and necessary appointments. Shannon always listens to me and answers all my questions. She gives me great care and I trust her totally. Rashonda took my blood. She was very efficient, friendly and professional. I appreciate all the caretakers I encountered today and appreciate them all!
