I usually see Sylvia (Shannon) Cunningham and have only praise for her and the care and information she provides. She and Dr. Tharp have my highest respect and I'm confident I receive the best care available.

Sometimes when the doctor has a trainee with them, I don't feel like I get 100% attention. It's not unacceptable by any means, it's just not 100%.

My appointment was scheduled for 1030. It was a virtual appointment. I was told to log online at 1015. I got a phone call from the... Someone called me at 1037 saying that she would be with me, Susan would be with me very shortly. I waited on hold for...online for over an hour before she finally came, so I didn't actually talk to her until almost 1040, so I just think that was quite ridiculous. I mean 1140, excuse me, 1140, so... All on hold was like an hour and 10 minutes. I won't do that again. Thank you.
