Sometimes when the doctor has a trainee with them, I don't feel like I get 100% attention. It's not unacceptable by any means, it's just not 100%.

My appointment was scheduled for 1030. It was a virtual appointment. I was told to log online at 1015. I got a phone call from the... Someone called me at 1037 saying that she would be with me, Susan would be with me very shortly. I waited on hold for...online for over an hour before she finally came, so I didn't actually talk to her until almost 1040, so I just think that was quite ridiculous. I mean 1140, excuse me, 1140, so... All on hold was like an hour and 10 minutes. I won't do that again. Thank you.

Shannon continues to make me feel well cared for. She checks all my medicines, upcoming vaccinations and necessary appointments. Shannon always listens to me and answers all my questions. She gives me great care and I trust her totally. Rashonda took my blood. She was very efficient, friendly and professional. I appreciate all the caretakers I encountered today and appreciate them all!
