Doctor Susan Kim very nice and respectful and listen to me but the girl in front desk when I check in very rude and doesn't respectful the patient please put her to retraining how to talk to the patient she is very low educated Thank

The person that checked me in did not get my chart to the staff. I waited 46 minutes. They thought I did not show for my appointment and a letter was sent to me saying I had a missed appt. The staff and Doctor Kim were very apologetic
