I have a difficult time working with Wellstar administration. I asked for my next year's lab appointment to occur before my cardiology appointment, and I was told it had to occur one week before my annual. I declined both appointments and will schedule these appointments with Emory.

I think you have the best lab technicians around Atlanta. When they say "a little stick", that is the truth. I loved Vicky McMillan and never imagined having another primary care physician I liked as well as her. But since Dr. Susan Kim became one of your physicians, I have liked her better each visit until I am completely happy leaving my care in her hands. More importantly, I want to follow her instructions for my care. I trust her implicitly.

I had only seen Dr. Kim's NP, Kelly so far and had been very happy with her, so I was a bit nervous seeing someone new for a follow-up after an emergency room visit for an incident that was a first for me a kinda scary, but Dr. Kim turned out to be fantastic! She listened and answered all my questions, and I left feeling more informed and more at ease about what had happened to me! I'm really psyched to have another amazing doctor on my care team!

Could have listened to me a lot better. First thing she asked when i got it took if i had any news to tell her. I tell her something i'm dealing with and she just basically gives the number of the next doctor i need and send me out the door. Especially when it was emotional and i needed support. I went into this visit for a checkup on bloodwork and possibly a UTI. Because she asked me right when i walked in what if i had any updates, i updated her. Then she disregards the whole rest of my appointment. Got no answers whatsoever and approximately 5-7 minutes of her time.
